Ruthann has served as a consultant to numerous businesses, industries, community agencies, and organizations for more than 35 years. She has developed training materials and hiring systems, created and obtained funding for workforce development programs, and marketed, implemented, and managed programs that focus on skilling up individuals and the workforce.
