CHTI Instructor Training: Live Virtual Session, July 20-21, 2027

This two-day program prepares transport leaders to deliver the Certified Healthcare Transporter (CHT) program inside their own hospital. Your instructor teaches the curriculum, validates competency on the job, and submits each credential package to Impact Training Company for review and issuance, so your department builds a training capability it owns.

Training runs two 8-hour days online. The CHTI instructor guides (a $600 value) are included.

What you will learn

• How to deliver CHT-1 Technical Skills, CHT-2 Choices: Ethics for the Workplace, and CHT-3 Strategic Skill Building
• The Five-Stage Instructional Method: Introduction, Direct Instruction, Guided Practice, Applied Practice, and Closure
• How to rate competency and run the final on-the-job validation
• How to coach and reassess a learner who does not pass on the first attempt
• How to complete and submit credential packages to ITC
