Meet Donald Sipp Jr.

Donald is the founder of Impact Training Company and a healthcare operations consultant. His focus is the part of the hospital most people overlook: how patients and work actually flow, and the frontline teams who make that flow happen.

He is the creator of Flow Physics™ and author of When Beds Don’t Move, bringing throughput thinking to patient movement and support services operations.

Donald owns the CHT (Certified Healthcare Transporter) credential, the national credential for hospital patient transporters, which he has revised and continues to advance, and he supports its delivery to hospitals. He also leads the CHOICES workforce program and works within the CHTI instructor pathway, with curriculum endorsed by NAHTM and a new program, CPTMP, in development.

Why this work matters

It’s personal.

Donald is a father first. The same things he wants for his own boys, to be seen, developed, and given a real path forward, are what he wants for the frontline workforce most hospitals overlook.

That belief is the engine behind everything here: dignity for the people who keep hospitals running, and better outcomes for the patients they serve.
